University Symphony Orchestra - Rachmaninoff's Second Symphony

Brinsley performed with the University of York Symphony Orchestra in its spring concert in the Sir Jack Lyons Concert Hall, conducted by John Stringer. The evening opened with the UK premiere of Maria Huld Markan Sigfúsdóttir’s Oceans and Nadia Boulanger’s Fantaisie variée with pianist Laura Mitchell, before the orchestra turned to Rachmaninoff’s Second Symphony.¹
